Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

Paper Format

All papers must be typeset in LaTeX in A4 format using the IEEE conference proceeding template (eurosp-template.zip). Submissions must be in PDF. Documents should render correctly in Adobe Reader XI and when printed in black and white.

Full papers: 8–12 pages (including references and appendices). Failure to adhere to page limits and formatting requirements can be grounds for desk rejection.

Anonymisation

SPS2026 uses double-anonymous review. Author names and affiliations must not appear anywhere in the submitted paper, including in the acknowledgements, metadata, or file properties. Self-citations should be written in the third person.

Review Process

Each paper will be reviewed by at least two members of the Technical Programme Committee. Authors of conditionally accepted papers may be asked to participate in a shepherding process before final acceptance.

Use of AI Tools

Use of AI writing tools is permitted, but authors are fully responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all content. Any use of AI must be explicitly disclosed in the paper. Reviewers are not permitted to use AI tools to evaluate submitted papers.

Publication

Accepted papers will be published through IEEE. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
